Information we collect
Operational logs (IP fragments, browser versions, error stacks) support security troubleshooting and are purged within 30 days. If you personalize scenarios, we store session identifiers and saved preferences in protected databases.
When you submit a contact or custom request form we collect your name, email, organization, and a short description so we can respond. Access is limited to the core team under confidentiality obligations.
How we use and share data
We use the information to generate anonymous insights, improve prompt recommendations, and send resources or service notices you request.
Data is shared only with infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, email) operating under data-processing agreements, or when legally compelled by regulators.
Retention, storage, and security
